Our Story

Ripple Effect Consulting was founded in 2015 by two professionals who had worked together in the staffing industry and believed there was a better way to do recruiting.

We saw an industry that had become increasingly transactional—companies looking for résumés, candidates looking for jobs, and recruiters trying to make a placement. We believed recruiting could be something more.

So, we built Ripple Effect Consulting around two principles: technical expertise and genuine relationships.

From day one, our goal has been to do staffing differently. We take a hands-on, consultative approach to every search, working closely with our clients to understand not just the position they need to fill, but the people, culture, goals, and challenges behind it. At the same time, we believe candidates deserve the same level of attention and respect. We provide a true white-glove experience from the first conversation through the entire hiring process and beyond.

Our reach spans the entire career spectrum—from new graduates taking their first steps into the professional world to C-suite executives and highly specialized technical professionals. Our specialty is helping organizations find the right people and helping individuals take their careers to the next level.

While Ripple Effect Consulting is Denver-based, our St. Louis office gives us a strong presence in the Midwest, and our network and recruiting capabilities extend nationwide.

Our senior staff brings more than 65 years of combined experience to the table. But experience alone isn’t what makes a great headhunter. It’s the relationships we’ve built over decades—the trust we’ve earned, the markets we understand, and the people we know.

We believe our headhunters are the best of the best.

We may not always be the cheapest option, but we believe we are always the most cost-effective option in the long run. The wrong hire can cost an organization far more than a recruiting fee—in lost productivity, missed opportunities, team morale, client relationships, and ultimately revenue.

That’s why we don’t measure our success by how many résumés we send or how quickly we make a placement.

We measure it by what happens after the placement.

Our name, Ripple Effect Consulting, represents exactly what we believe: one great hire can create a ripple effect throughout an entire organization—and one great career move can change the trajectory of someone’s life.

That’s the way we believe staffing should be done.

Technical enough to understand the work.
Experienced enough to know the market.
Relationship-driven enough to care about the outcome.

That’s Ripple Effect Consulting.

A close-up, photographic shot of a smooth, matte-black desk surface where five distinct portfolios overlap: an engineering project binder with metal fasteners, an architectural tube of rolled plans, a rugged construction hard hat resting beside a ruler, a slim leather folder labeled for professional services, and a sleek ultrabook displaying a luminous code editor for IT talent. Soft studio lighting from the upper left creates gentle highlights on edges and subtle shadows between objects, emphasizing texture and detail. Background elements blur into a calm, neutral gradient, using shallow depth of field. The composition follows the rule of thirds, creating an organized, methodical atmosphere that conveys precise, thoughtful recruiting and consulting across specialized disciplines.
A nighttime scene inside a high-rise corner office overlooking Denver’s illuminated skyline, with a faint silhouette of mountain ridges on the horizon. In the foreground, a large glass desk holds an open laptop showing a map of active recruiting projects across the country, with different colored markers for engineering, architecture, construction, professional services, and IT. Beside it, a thick strategy notebook, a set of neatly aligned sticky flags, and a row of labeled project folders suggest meticulous planning. Warm desk-lamp light creates a focused pool of illumination on the work surface while cooler city lights shimmer outside, reflected in the glass. Photographic realism, shot from a slightly elevated angle with medium depth of field. The mood is dedicated, strategic, and quietly energetic, emphasizing nationwide reach grounded in Denver expertise.

Our Leadership

An expansive, wall-mounted digital map of the United States glows gently in a dimmed, modern office, with tiny illuminated nodes radiating from a bright Denver hub and connecting lines reaching coastal cities. Below the map, a long console holds neatly arranged objects: a miniature steel truss bridge model for engineering, a clear acrylic skyscraper for architecture, a small crane model on a construction site diorama, a refined pen-and-notebook set for professional services, and a transparent cube etched with circuit traces for IT. Cool, diffused LED lighting enhances the glass and metal textures. Photographic realism with a slightly elevated angle and medium depth of field. The mood is confident and forward-looking, emphasizing Denver-based expertise and nationwide recruiting impact.

Inside a contemporary consulting workspace, a large ultra-wide monitor on a clean white desk displays a detailed recruiting pipeline dashboard, with color-coded stages and timelines for engineering, architectural, construction, professional services, and IT roles. Around the monitor, neatly arranged tactile artifacts reinforce each specialty: precision calipers and gears, a scale model of a modern office building, a small section of rebar set into concrete, a refined fountain pen atop a contract, and a circuit board segment mounted in a simple frame. Afternoon daylight filters through a nearby window, mixing with soft, indirect overhead lighting to create a balanced, inviting glow. Photographic realism from an eye-level, slightly off-center composition evokes methodical, data-driven consulting and long-term talent partnerships rather than transactional hiring.
